Review of The Top 3 Toddler Products You Need

Parenthood comes with an overwhelming amount of stuff. Many baby registry items are expensive and unnecessary, but a few are critical “go to” items I can’t live without. If you are a parent of young kids or need gift ideas, I suggest you buy the following.

3 products I can’t live without

#1 Pop ‘N Sit Portable Booster. This portable high chair rocks for two reasons; gifting and functionality.

  1. Gifting – This is my “go to” baby gift. If you’re reading this and you’re my friend with a new baby, spoiler alert, this bad boy is comin’ in hot on your front porch. Best baby gift ever.
  2. Functionality – We used this with our twins 24/7 from age 6mo-3yrs. It’s portable (great for travel) and easy to spray off clean. The kids love having their own tray and since it clicks in they don’t slip off the seat. And there’s no need for plates because you can just put food directly on the tray so you don’t have to deal with kids throwing/spilling plates (minimizes mess).

#2 Keenz Stroller Wagon – 7S.  This is a head turner. Everywhere, and I mean everywhere, we take it we get compliments and questions about this product. If you have multiple toddler age kids, this is a MUST HAVE. It’s spendy, but so versatile and well-designed that it’s worth the price.

Travel Pro – with three kids we traveled like a boss from Minnesota to Gulf Shores Alabama with a connecting flight in Atlanta.

It folds – This folds and fits through the security luggage scanner. Boom.

It holds – two 11 month old twins were buckled in and cruised through a crowded airport with ease. Even my daughter (four at the time) fit in as well.

It’s bold – three kids under four turn heads at an airport. Add two parents with a free hand to each hold a Starbucks venti blonde roast and you’re the envy of every other struggling dad pushing a hooptie umbrella stroller. Buy this to go full dad mode on travel.

#3 Pack ‘n Play. OK, duh, right? Hear me out. An easy-to-setup pack ‘n play is a life saver for Saturday BBQ’s or Sunday Fundays.

  • What to do – schedule BBQ’s and get-togethers with friends during the day and arrive just before nap time. Throw up the Pack ‘n Play for nap time and you’ve got two hours to have a cold one uninterrupted. Then, if you stay long enough for dinner, you’ve got a bedtime spot already set up. Or if you’re hosting, have one on hand to set up for your guests with kids. Trust me, first time dads especially need to do this.
  • What to buy – Based on my experience, and validated by a 30 second Google search, The Graco Pack ‘n Play Play Yard is the way to go. Relatively cheap at $60, this is a synch to set up and never gives me any hassles like other, more expensive brands.

Steps to go Full Dad Mode for success

  1. The Pop ‘n Sit is your new go-to baby registry gift.
  2. Travel around town like a boss with the Keenz Stroller Wagon.
  3. Crack a beer after setting up the pack ‘n play for nap time at your next BBQ.

There ya have it, three essential toddler products for our family with young kids. Would love to hear what products your family can’t live without and why in comments section.
