Instructions
Grill Sausage
Preheat grill to med-hi
Cut sausage chub into 10 round pieces (9 cuts) or use pre-cut patties
Place sausage on piece of tin foil sprayed with cooking spray. Or use grill top griddle if you have one
Place foil and sausage on grill, turning after ~5-7min. Cook to 160° internal temp
Set aside on paper towels on a plate to soak up extra grease
Scramble Eggs
Heat fry pan on medium with a tab of butter to grease the pan
Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl. Whisk thoroughly. Add red pepper flakes for extra kick.
Put eggs in pan, add 1 piece of American Cheese (ripped into small pieces)
Cook eggs ~2-4 minutes on each side. Cook them like an omelet, flipping once for easy sandwich stacking.
Toast English Muffins
Pre-heat oven on Broil
Put English Muffins on baking sheet with 1/2 tab of butter on each
Toast in oven for 2-3minutes* Watch these, they can burn fast!
Assemble Sandwich
Stack eggs, meat and cheese and enjoy! It's that easy!
Notes
Timing: None of this takes that long, the longest of which is cooking the sausage. Once sausage is almost done I cook the eggs and toast the English Muffins at the same time.For an even faster option: Reheat leftover bacon or sausage to cut cooking time in half.
